Your booking will be confirmed after receiving payment of 30% of the total amount.
The balance shall either be paid before arrival by bank transfer or at the time of arrival.
No penalty for cancellations applied at least 30 days before the date of arrival.
In case of cancellations beyond the guaranteed minimum term, it will be withheld the 50% of the total amount (if you cancel between 30 days and the week before the date of arrival).
In case of no-show, early departure, or cancellation notified within one week before the date or arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
